This homestay is designed for those people who are intrested in visiting and learning about some of central England's finest gardens both private and public. There will be the opportunity to practice your English conversation with the owners of private gardens.

Day 2

Barnsdale Garden
Visit Barnsdale garden which was created during the production of the BBC Gardener's World programme on national television for 17 years. This garden for all seasons is made up of 37 small individual gardens of various styles.

Private Garden One (To be chosen dependent on time of year)
Visit your first private garden and enjoy a cup of tea in the garden with the owner while discussing with them about their garden.

Dinner

Private Garden Two (To be chosen dependent on time of year)
Visit your second private garden and enjoy a cup of tea in the garden with the owner while discussing with them about their garden.

Belton House and Garden
Visit Belton House, one of the finest 17th century country houses in England. Inside Belton House is a stunning array of decoration, paintings and furniture and it is no surprise that it has been a favourite place to visit by many of England's royal family over the centuries. In the 19th century the formal gardens were restored to their George ІІ glory.
